Jennifer Rothe, BS, CHC

Jennifer lives in the beautiful Golden Isles of Georgia with her family, including 3 active children and an English bulldog, Jax.  She holds a B.S. in Business, and after 12 years in the corporate world, she found her passion in fitness and nutrition.  Jennifer began as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and then became a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, where she combined her love of fitness and nutrition to achieve client’s maximum results.  Confronted with her own dietary limitations, she soon realized that food impacted sleep, mental clarity, cognitive function, gut health, level of energy, and so many other lifestyle factors.  With a desire to learn more about nutrition, Jennifer enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and received her Holistic Health Coach Certificate in December of 2015.  She finds endless joy in helping others along their own optimum wellness journey, and has found her true purpose in teaching, coaching, and guiding each client so they can create their own personal lifestyle plan and live a fulfilled, healthy, and happy life!

Courtney Cronk, MA, NTP, RYT-200

Courtney graduated from Bastyr University with a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science/Counseling in 2002.  After staying home to raise her children for several years, Courtney attended the Nutritional Therapy Association’s intensive certification program in 2012/2013 to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and founded Nourish Portland soon after.  In June 2017, Courtney completed her 200 hours of training to become a registered yoga teacher.  Blending her expertise in human behavior and helping skills with her knowledge and passion for holistic nutrition and yoga, has made her very effective in thoughtfully guiding her clients towards more vibrant health. She has been featured on KGW News Channel 8, AM Northwest, KATU News Channel 2, KGW’s Live at 7, and is a regular contributor on KGW’s Portland Today show.

She works with clients one-on-one to help them successfully implement care plans Dr Rosman provides. Courtney has been trained to help clients use food therapeutically, and has been trained in the most effective and well-researched diet plans used in today’s clinical setting.  She, herself, has had personal experience with autoimmune disease, heavy metal toxicity, leaky gut, and small intestine bacteria overgrowth (SIBO).  This is part of the reason she has been so driven to undertake studies and training in a variety of healing arts.  Truly, this makes her unique.

Courtney currently teaches nutrition and cooking to groups of people with traumatic brain injuries. She recently completed a 200-hour Yoga & Social Justice Teacher Training and plans to volunteer teaching yoga and nutrition to women incarcerated at Coffee Creek women’s prison in Wilsonville, Oregon.

A strong proponent of life balance, Courtney enjoys time with her family, practicing yoga and meditation, being in nature, learning guitar, cooking, knitting, traveling, and reading.
